The client need

Robinsons asked Loud to build on its high-profile credentials, creating a lively and fresh PR campaign that would reach new audiences and boost its market share, both in commercial and private moves.

The Loud solution

Loud devised a programme of PR activity which included regional newspaper competitions, providing tailored editorial on national and international moves to the consumer and B2B media, and promoting Robinsons’ sustainable ‘green’ removal services. We commissioned a consumer survey on international moves and spearheaded an e-marketing campaign, targeting people considering an overseas move.

The outcome

Coverage on Robinsons’ services has appeared in a wide variety of media, including the women’s and parenting consumer media, HR and construction, environmental, national and regional media and TV – as well  as the removals and storage press. By creating new PR angles to promote its international services, Loud was able to raise the general profile of the company, in addition to promoting the environmental offering and international side of its business, in line with the company’s business plan.
